  1. I AM THE AUTHOR OF ”IMPERIAL GINA – THE VERY UNAUTHORIZED BIOGRAPHY OF GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA.” (1990) BRAZILIAN-PORTUGUESE EDITION, 1996. I AM MOST HAPPY WITH THE NEWS ABOUT THIS WELL DESERVED TRIBUTE TO GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA. IF THERE IS ANYWAY THAT I CAN HELP FOR THE EVENT I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO IT. I AM FROM BRAZIL, AND I HAD MY EDUCATION AT BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY. I TEACH COLLEGE IN KYOTO, JAPAN.
    SINCERELY,
    LUIZ CANALES

      1. I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS TO GET TO HOLLYWOOD FOR THE FESTIVAL, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A HOTEL. IS IT ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME TO FIND A GOOD HOTEL? I AM NOW WORKING ON THE BRAZILIAN UPDATED EDITION OF “IMPERIAL GINA“ TO BE PUBLISHED IN BRAZIL ON JULY 4TH 2016. IT WOULD BE SUPERB IF I CAN ATTEND THE FESTIVAL AND INCLUDE PHOTOS IN THE BOOK. I HAVE GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE TICKET OFFICE BUT THERE NO MORE FIRST CLASS TICKETS AVAILABLE. ONLY THE LOWER PRICE ONE THAT WOULD NOT GET ME CLOSE AT ALL TO GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA. I NEED HELP. AS I I HAVE SAID, I HAVE NO PROBLEMS TO GET THERE ON APRIL 28. MY ONLY OBSTACLES ARE TO FIND A GOOD HOTEL AND A WAY TO GET CLOSE TO SIGNORA LOLLOBRIGIDA.. PLEASE, DO UNDERSTAND THAT MY WORK IS THE ONLY BIOGRAPHY OF GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA IN THE WORLD. THERE IS NO OTHER ONE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

  2. GINA LOLLOBRIIDA,ES LA ACTRIZ CON LA QUE HOLLYWOOD,TIENE UNA GRAN DEUDA MORAL,,,,PUES ETSA HERMOSISIMA ACTRIZ MUNDIALMENTE FAMOSOA QUE TRABAJO,NO SOLO PARA HOLLYWOOD, SINO TAMBIEN PARA FRANCIA,ESPÑA,INGLATERRA,,,,SE MERECE UN OSCAR,QUEMUY MEZQUINAMNER LE HAN NEGADO MERECIENDO POR SU ACTUACION EN “SOLOMONN & SHEBA”,,”DESNUDA PR EL MUNDO”, TUYA E SETIEMBRE”Y MUCHAS MAS….UN OSCAR SE MERECE POR HABER SIDO ELMITO DEL CINE EN LSO 50s6 0s 70s

      1. GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA DESERVES AN OSCAR FOR HER CAREER, ALL HER WORK PUT TOGETHER. OH, SHE DESERVES IN THIS CATEGORY. BUT NOT AS AN ACTRESS. ANNA MAGNANI AND SOPHIA LOREN WERE BETTER ACTRESS; GINA IS A FIGHTER AND
HAS CHARISMA. HER BEAUT Y IS AT THE TOP, BUT HER ACTING RANGE IS SHORT.

  3. What I like about Gina is she still keeps active in photography, making sculptures, and when she attends events, Gina gets all glamoured up in big hair and elegant gowns. It is not clear if Gina will be featured including a discussion with Robert Osborne. She should as she has “been there, done that,” worked with many notable people, and like Kim Novak, Gina can describe what it was like and what it was like to work with many stars from Yul Brynner, Rock Hudson, Frank Sinatra, etc. I noticed the featured films by Gina, actually the fan favorites are “Fast and Sexy” and “Beautiful But Dangerous.” It was F&S that made me a Gina fan when I first watched it on late night television in 1970s (yes, local stations broadcasting over-the-air after 11 pm was the “TCM channel” back in the days).

  4. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. SUPPOSING I CAN GET A ROOM AND ATTEND THE FESTIVAL, AS THE BIOGRAPHER OF SIGNORA LOLLOBRIGIDA, WOULD I HAVE A CHANCE TO TALK WITH HER?
